We have much to be thankful for this year at Sinu. While the global economy still struggles to find its way forward, our clients have prospered and we are grateful to have shared in their successes. As most of you know, our unique approach to technology management emphasizes personalized customer service and aligned relationships with our customers over the long term so we are honored to welcome several new clients to the Sinu community.
In 2010, we expanded our team including Jelani, Reggie and Jennifer in customer support; and Rubina and Steve in account management.
While our people are an important part of our service, you rely on us for our platform to provide cutting-edge functionality, reliability and data protection. This year we have added new features to the standard services we provide your organization including Malware Scanning and available web browsing control, a new improved Sinu Appliance, and Exchange 2010. We also redesigned the Sinu portal making it easier to access the ticket system with new powerful reporting features:

Over the past year, we began a newsletter with tech tips that we hope you find helpful. And thanks to all of you who participated in our recent customer service survey - your feedback and suggestions generated much discussion that will lead to additional improvements to our products and services in the months to come.
